("ANYWAY", "we", "us", or "the Company"), including data analysis and email automation tools ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you ("User", "you", or "Member") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Purpose

These Terms outline the rights and obligations between ANYWAY and the Member in connection with the use of all services provided by ANYWAY, including free and paid features. By agreeing to these Terms, you may use our services without entering into a separate written agreement.

2. Definitions

• Service: All digital services and features provided by ANYWAY through the Website, regardless of device or platform.

• Member: A user who has registered and agreed to these Terms.

• ID and Password: Login credentials used to identify the Member.

• Paid Subscription (Paid Services): Premium services provided for a fee.

• Social Platforms: Third-party platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

• Social Account Integration: Connecting your social media account via OAuth or similar protocols.

• Email Agent: A feature for syncing, analyzing, drafting, and sending emails, including proposal creation and brand research.

• Third-party Accounts: External services like Google, Zoom, Dropbox, etc.

• User Content: Data uploaded or connected by Members, including email content, social media data, analytics, etc.

• Processed Output: Reports, insights, summaries, and drafts generated based on User Content.

3. Eligibility & Membership

• Members must provide truthful, accurate information and are allowed only one account.

• Members must keep their information up-to-date.

• We may deny or suspend membership if:

  • False information is provided

  • Multiple accounts are created

  • The Member has been previously suspended within the past 12 months

  • Service abuse, resale, or prohibited conduct is detected

4. Services Offered

ANYWAY provides the following services:

1. Social Analytics: Integrated analysis of channels, content, comments, audience, and revenue across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok

2. AI Channel Consulting: AI-based performance advice, strategic recommendations

3. Email Agent:

   • Email account integration (e.g., Gmail)

   • Automatic email classification, summarization, draft creation

   • Brand research and proposal generation, tracking, follow-ups

Other services may be added or updated by the Company.

5. Service Availability

• Services are generally available 24/7 except during scheduled maintenance or unavoidable downtime (e.g., third-party API failures).

• Some services may be gradually rolled out or require eligibility conditions to access.

6. Paid Subscriptions and Billing

• Some features are only accessible through a Paid Subscription plan, clearly outlined on the Website.

• Subscriptions are billed and managed through Paddle.com, our official payment provider and Merchant of Record.

• All subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis unless cancelled.

• Billing occurs at the time of purchase or plan upgrade. Downgrades or cancellations do not generate prorated refunds unless required by law.

• Subscription features, prices, and limits may change with notice.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

• Members may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase only if no paid feature was used.

• Refunds will not be granted for used subscriptions, partial usage, or promotional plans.

• All refund requests are subject to usage logs and may require additional proof.

8. Member Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Provide false information or impersonate others

• Interfere with service operations or use automation to abuse system

• Send spam or unsolicited communications

• Reverse-engineer, copy, or scrape our services

• Violate the policies of integrated social or email platforms

• Infringe on third-party rights (copyright, privacy, etc.)

Members are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials.

9. Intellectual Property and License

• Members retain ownership of their uploaded or connected content.

• You grant ANYWAY a limited license to process, store, analyze, and use your data solely for providing and improving the Service.

• Shared content via the platform may be accessible to others per your settings.

10. Data & Privacy

• ANYWAY only collects and uses personal data necessary for service delivery.

• Some data may be processed internationally, subject to applicable data protection laws.

• Users may revoke access tokens or integrations at any time; however, this may limit functionality.

11. Modifications to the Terms

ANYWAY may revise these Terms at any time to reflect changes in law or services.
We will notify users at least 7 days in advance (30 days for material changes).
Continued use of the Service after the notice period constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Any disputes shall be exclusively resolved in the Seoul Central District Court.
