ANYWAY Inc. (“ANYWAY”, “we”, “our”) offers software services under a subscription model. We strive to provide a fair and transparent refund policy for our users while ensuring the sustainability of our service.

1. General Refund Terms

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Full Refund Eligibility:
  A full refund will be granted within 7 calendar days of the original payment if and only if no paid features have been used during that time.

• No Refunds in the Following Cases:

  • If any part of the paid service (e.g., analysis reports, email features, proposals, API integrations) has been accessed or used.

  • For partial usage or mid-cycle cancellations.

  • If you are requesting a refund after 7 days from the original payment date.

• Automatic Renewals:
  All subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis unless canceled before the next billing cycle. Refunds are not issued for automatic renewals if the cancellation occurs after the renewal.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at contact@creatorwith.com with:

• Your account email

• Purchase date

• Reason for the refund

We may request additional verification or usage logs to determine refund eligibility.

3. Method of Refund

Refunds, if approved, will be processed via Paddle, our official payment provider and Merchant of Record. Refunds are typically returned to the original payment method used during the transaction. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you believe you were incorrectly charged and have not contacted us, please reach out before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension or permanent ban from our services.

5. Exception for Legal Compliance

Refunds may be granted or denied in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, including:

• EU GDPR / Consumer Rights Directive

• California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)

• Other relevant jurisdictional regulations where required
